The start-up was formed in 2016 to provide first class services to local investors in southern Iran with an attempt to build the renewable energy culture and encourage people to invest in the energy of the future. The company has been extremely successful taking into consideration the obstacles that exist in Iran due to sanctions and political environment. The company proudly brought in the solid development and operational experiences from the USA to remote and less developed areas of Iran, mainly the province of Hurmozgan

• Designed, developed and constructed more than 300 residential and commercial solar energy projects throughout the country in 3 years
• Developed and permitted 30MWs projects ( 3 projects, each with 10Mws), waiting to be financed
• Developed and sustained internal and external partnerships with investors, vendors and local communities where low-income families can benefit from the program by generating income through long term secured feed-in-tariff contracts, selling electricity to state-owned utility companies.

In the USA:
• Successfully secured more than $100 millions debt financing at a low interest rate
• Led Construction, Operation and maintenance
• ۳۰ MWs of solar power plants installed, ranging from 400 KWs to 4 MWs
•۱۰۰ MWs of PPA negotiated
